This person is responsible for servicing the needs of Cash & More customers by processing transactions efficiently, professionally, and accurately. They will need to properly identify customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality customer service
• Cash checks and pay out money within the guidelines of the "Check Cashing Policy".
• Enters customers' transactions into computer to record transactions.
• Order daily supply of cash and count incoming cash.
• Timely balance all work performed
• Educate customers on products
• Listen to customer needs
• Maintain store security
• Provide prepaid card services
• Process Western Union transactions
• Complete Bill Pay transactions
• Issue money orders
• Process CTR’s, SAR’s, monetary instrument documents, and cash logs as applicable.
• Assist in general office duties including telephone, mail, filing, shredding documents, count and roll coin, and count and band paper money.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Computer experience and aptitude.
• Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers.
• Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure.
• Commitment to continuing education about the company, products, and services.
• Motivated individuals
