Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Management Intern. The Project Management Intern will be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day project activities, including project planning, material ordering and delivery, and communication with contractors and city inspectors. This role will also include estimating renovation budgets for upcoming projects. The project management intern will be able to learn about real estate investing as well. Day to day activities will include driving to various project sites and meeting with contractors and inspectors, taking photos and uploading to google drive folders, picking up and delivering materials, going to potential projects and taking photos and working with project managers on estimating renovation budgets.
