Catering Manager - Casino is responsible for operation and execution of the culinary aspects of events at the casino. Coordinates menus, supervises wait staff, and assists in staff training and approving payroll records. Being a Catering Manager - Casino may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Catering Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. We are accepting applications for the position of Catering Attendant. This position requires a person who is available and willing to work at several different tasks involved in our catering service.
Involved in this job are:
· food preparation
· driving and delivery
· participation in set up and service of private caterings
· clean up
· etc.
Employees must be at least 16 years of age.
Student workers are encouraged to apply.
Driving of our delivery vehicles (vans and pickups) may be involved. Due to restrictions placed by our insurance carrier, this individual must have a driving record free of any type of liquor violation, and very few moving violations.
Your schedule can be as flexible as you need.
The time of our orders vary. We serve breakfasts, lunches, and dinners seven days per week. Therefore we have a wide variety of hours available. Weekly hours will vary depending on the orders we have. Regardless of your availability, we can create jobs that can fit into your schedule, ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. There are also busy times when overtime is available. The more times and days of the week you are available for, the more opportunities we can offer you.
Pay is negotiable.
