We have a new Inventory Supervisor opportunity in Boise ID. This individual will work closely with contractors by providing solutions to their everyday needs. There are sales commissions and base hourly wage Attitude and work ethic prove to be bigger factors of success over industry experience.

We will train the right person if you have high integrity, strong work ethic and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to contractors and walk-in customers.
• Invoice material, maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise.
• Perform frequent inventory counts, adjustments, and order product into the store.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Follow through on your work and ensure that customers’ needs are resolved.
• Oversee co-workers in your store, including hiring, promoting, and administrating.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

• Detail Oriented.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Final Comments:

• Base pay and commissions included (no cap)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
