Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

RieLes Group is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a Contract role supporting the William Beaumont Army Medical Center. This facility provides healthcare to over 170,000 qualified TRICARE beneficiaries, fostering a tradition of military medicine in the Fort Bliss/El Paso area for over 100 years and counting.

Job Description:

As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, you may be required to:

• Perform Anesthesia services in accordance with industrial best practices.
• Provide pre-operative evaluations and patient preparation.
• Provide regional anesthesia to include spinal, epidural, bier block, axillary block, interscalene block, and other regional blocks.
• Provide monitoring of patient reactions to anesthesia and surgery including managing fluid therapy.
• Shall respond to patient responses with appropriate anesthesia care.
• Provide pain intervention care or respond to emergency situations in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit or other areas of the Medical Treatment Facility.
• Provide post-operative evaluations of the patients.
• Complete all required documentation utilizing facility information systems.
• Participate in Anesthesia Service Quality Improvement/Assurance programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Graduate from an accredited Master’s or Doctor of Science in Nursing Degree – Anesthesia Program.
• Possess current board certification as a CRNA by NBCRNA.
• 1 years’ experience actively practicing as a full-time CRNA during the last year.
• Active DEA Certification.
• Active BLS and ACLS Certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a civilian contractor for a Government Facility
