The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Slot Machine Attendant to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Slot Machine Attendant, you will work on the gaming floor, contributing to a successful gaming operation by providing maintenance of floor equipment and assisting gaming guests as needed.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Responsibilities 

• Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members
• Update and enter member information into the database
• Assist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and give-aways
• Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records
• Utilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations 

Qualifications 

• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift
• Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times.
