Chapter Relations Administrator jobs in Sarasota, FL

We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate to be the face of our organization when communicating with guests, providing solutions to issues, addressing guest concerns, and making sure our vacation homes are presentable and maintained at a high level.

You will also be our front-line staff to communicate with guests, resolve guest issues and provide five-star customer service.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
• Work with multiple departments to resolve issues
• Comply with all Prime Vacation standards and operating procedures
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
• Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see

Requirements

• Proven work experience in customer service or guest relations, strong references needed
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must submit to background check and drug test
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
• Ability to work full-time and flexible hours – must be available to work weekends
• Veterans are highly encouraged to apply
• Proficient with Microsoft office
• Knowledge of TRACK , VillaControl and Breezeway Software programs are a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
