Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in various bookkeeping software. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial transactions, from payroll to account reconciliation.

Duties

• Maintain accurate financial records through double entry bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and ensure accuracy in general ledger accounting.
• Conduct account reconciliation to verify the integrity of financial data.
• Utilize bookkeeping software such as Quicken and Xero for efficient record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all financial transactions.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software, particularly Quicken and Xero.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
• Familiarity with Gusto payroll processing and accounts receivable management.
• Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
