Processing Coordinator:
Primary contact internally and externally to organize and input work order instructions and inventory items into software system. Communicate customer concerns or material processing needs to Processing Manager. Monitor Material Production orders and customer supplied processing orders to ensure delivery commitments are met and accurate work order instructions are clearly detailed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Contact with multiple outside customers on a daily basis phone, fax, or email based. Accurately detailing current inventory levels, processing or material production order(s) status. Resolve order and/or inventory discrepancies.
Advanced skill set with Microsoft Office.
Above average typing skills and data input accuracy.
Develop and maintain various daily/weekly/monthly production and inventory reporting spread sheets.
Input steel coil receipts.
Review inventory receipts and verify accuracy.
Assist in material shipments clearly detailing customer releases to shipping department.
Receive and review customer processing instructions. Resolve conflicting information prior or input of material production orders. Input processing instruction in software system to develop and print material production order(s).
Review material production orders prior to release to plant floor. Review same material production orders after processing to ensure customer requirements have been met. Input production activity into software system.
Meet daily reporting deadlines both internally and externally.
Other duties as assigned.
