Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the rep. will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for new and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% in office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet phone callers with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
• Provide order status and quotes to repeat customers
• Enter orders in our accounting system
• Follow up on past due invoices
• Scan and save customer documents
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
