Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     -Faith based schooling experience preferred, but not required
    -Clean criminal history background
    -Clean MVR
    -Experience in administration is preferred.
    -Experience teaching in early childhood education is preferred
    -Ability to work flexible hours
    -Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
    -Ability to ensure curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center.
    -Ability to conduct tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
    -Ability to monitor and manage the financial progress of your center.
    -Ability to ensure a safe environment for the children in our care.
    -Excellent written and oral communication skills
    -Knowledgeable of state licensing requirements.
    -Have an understanding of Christian values and principles.
    -Have a love of young children.
    -Proficient computer skills is a benefit
