Chemical Engineer jobs in Hastings, NE

Looking for a Chemical Applicator crew member

• Must have reliable transportation - valid Drivers license REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS
• Prior chemical application experience REQUIRED
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions: heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills preferred.

Duties include:

• Working directly with our Operations Manager to prep and finish work
• Safely operating power tools and heavy machinery/equipment
• Spreading granular fertilizer - with both a commercial machine and push spreader
• Broadcast spray applications of herbicides with a commercial machine
• Spot spraying weeds in yards as needed
• Driving a trailer to and from jobsites each day

Typical hours

• Our crews work Monday - Friday
• Start time is generally 8am, but can vary depending on weather.
• Our crews generally finish the day around 5pm - but sometimes work late or finish early depending on progress on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
