An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Lead Chemical Engineer within Honeywell connected Industrials organization located Atlanta, GA. This position affords a unique opportunity to lead the development and commercialization of new digital twin service offerings, as well as support the growth of this new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive customer VOC, with marketing, to define solutions and during pilot implementation for rapid iteration.
• Facilitate solution workshops with key technology community members in order to generate concepts for the solution development.
• Lead UniSim digital twin solution development projects, manage their schedules, and report on their progress to the team leader.
• Interface with engineering, tech service, UOP R&D, and HPS development teams to ensure that projects are proceeding on schedule. Escalate scheduling and technical issues to management.
• Lead digital twin capability projects that will enable the connected Industrial solution.
• Innovative thinking to incorporate AI/ML techniques in Process Engineering – specifically in online model based applications
• Understand how AI/ML can be implemented to enhance predictive capability of first principle models.
• Work with team to create a technology roadmap to identify gaps in current tools' abilities in order to guide future development efforts with UniSim and Sentinel.
• Manage the development of new solution concepts including concept evaluation and project execution.
• Manage intellectual property through invention disclosures.
• Work with data scientist to drive new IP discovery from big data.

Ability to travel 10% annually domestically and overseas.
