Admissions Officer/Receptionist (Entry-level)
Essential Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to families in all areas of admissions
Assist prospective students and parents in the completion of the online application, admission, and enrollment processes
Respond to online inquiries and phone calls
Schedule and host campus tours and assist the development team with the training of our student ambassadors
Work as a liaison between student affairs and academics to ensure successful onboarding and orientation of new students
Review applications to verify that required materials are submitted in a timely manner
Assist with Interviewing prospective students to determine their suitability for acceptance into the school or program
Look for ways to streamline the admission process and make it easier for students to apply.
Skills and Knowledge:
Has the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities at one time
Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills accompanied by exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, and proficient computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Suite of Office Applications, as well as other computer applications.
