    Goals & Responsibilities:

    Engage with top-level management to influence corporate strategies and initiatives.

    Guide, nurture, and expand a team of engineering professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

    Cultivate and manage a broad client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

    Serve as a technical authority on municipal projects, including overseeing quality assurance, quality control, and providing hands-on project management as needed.

    Act as the principal liaison for clients and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills:

    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field.

    Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Wisconsin or equivalent.

    At least 8 years of comprehensive experience in engineering, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles encompassing project management and business development.

    Expertise in a wide range of civil engineering disciplines, such as water distribution, sewage collection, water resources, transportation, land development, and construction oversight.

    Proven track record in client engagement, business development, and negotiating contracts.

    A team player with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, deadline-oriented, and a willingness to contribute to a fun and productive work environment.
