Certified Flight Instructors at Thrust Flight can instruct various programs in a multitude of aircraft, with opportunities for cross-country aircraft deliveries and gaining the hours you need
to get to the airlines in a short amount of time. Too often we see flight instructors working at schools that tend to be "pilot mills" with an “get 'em in-and-out” attitude. Our flight instruction
team actually enjoys flying!

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding flight instruction and mentoring to students, renters and customers
of Thrust Flight

• Promote and market Thrust Flight products and services to those you meet both at
work and in your daily life

• Adhere to Thrust Flight policies and operating procedures as well as all state, local and
federal laws and regulations

• Coordinate with dispatchers and other instructors to ensure safe and efficient
operations and to exceed customer expectations

• Coordinate with dispatchers to establish a standard schedule of availability;

• Other projects and duties as opportunities arise;

This is considered a full-time employee position with varying schedules comprising an
approximate 40-hour week.

Compensation is competitive with the industry and will be discussed in an interview.

Hours are TBD. Once set, employees are expected to be available during those scheduled
hours on a consistent basis and be on site at least 15 minutes prior to any scheduled session.

Flight instructors report to the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilots

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
