Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the President & CEO to lead strategic projects and implement organizational initiatives, including process enhancements and change management.
- Act as a key liaison with staff on behalf of the President & CEO, managing communications and scheduling in the CEO’s absence.
- Prepare for internal meetings by documenting key discussions, outcomes, and action items, ensuring accountability for follow-ups.
- Represent the President & CEO at external meetings and events as required.
- Support fundraising endeavors by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Offer insights and guidance on various organizational matters to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Gather and analyze data for administrative reporting to track progress on goals and milestones.
- Oversee the work of the Executive Assistant, managing correspondence, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure effective communication between the CEO, Board members, and senior leadership.
- Manage all facets of board administration, including orientation processes, attendance tracking, and meeting preparation.
- Oversee governance materials and logistics for board meetings.
- Collaborate with the VP of Finance & Administration on HR functions and financial management.
- Monitor contracts requiring CEO signatures, ensuring proper review and documentation.
- Ensure the effective execution of organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree combined with at least ten (10) years of administrative support experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
