Works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Being a Chief of Surgery requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. Additionally, Chief of Surgery require extensive clinical experience. Typically reports to top management. The Chief of Surgery manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Job involves preparing patients for surgery, assisting in the surgery and post operative bandaging. Experience is not needed, we will train you. We are looking for an employee who is hard working, kind and displays a high degree of integrity. There are numerous opportunities to advance within the company. Compensation will be based on experience and skill set. The employee will work 10 days over a four week period. Travel to satellite locations is required with transportation provided.
