The Radiologic Technologist performs imaging for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment planning with regards to patient care. The Radiologic Technologist demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for patients served. The ideal candidate has competencies to perform multiple types of imaging including Fluoro, X-Ray, involving Emergency Room Patients, surgical patients, inpatients and outpatients.
Essential Functions:
Schedule: 24 hours every 6 weeks based on department needs, Holiday rotation and Call rotation, 1 Saturday every 5 weeks, Call approximately once every 15 days.
Education and Experience:Vocational Diploma or Associate's Degree from an AMA approved radiologic technology program, required.
Licenses and Certifications:
Radiological Technologist, Certified, required
Basic Life Support (BLS), upon hire, required
