    Minimum Qualifications
    • Graduation from high school with at least 3 years of office/clerical experience.
    • Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

    Essential Job Functions
    This position will provide support to the office of student affairs with all administrative duties assigned. Serves as the main office receptionist, including daily mail functions, answering phones, directing visitors, copying/scanning/filing, event planning assistance, travel processing, scheduling, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prefer office/clerical experience within a college or university setting.
    • Ability to communicate in written and/or verbal form
    • Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
    • Ability to professionally represent the program/department
    • Ability to work with clients (students, employees, public) via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, phone calls, and/or emails
    • As needed, ability to work independently or as a team member team
    • Ability to be organized

    Work Schedule/Hours
    As needed Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be available.
