Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities
Experience: Preferred, but will train
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom, caregiving, or babysitting setting.
- Experience working with students in an educational or developmental capacity
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- First aid and CPR certification preferred, or willing to obtain
- Ability to educate and assist children with preschool-level skills
