*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated infantTeacher assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

*Responsibilities*

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth

- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children

- Provide individualized attention to each child

- Monitor and document children's progress and behavior

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development

- Ensure the preschool facility is clean, organized, and safe

*Qualifications*

- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Certification in CPR and First Aid

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
