- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's progress and development

- Administer first aid and provide emergency care as needed

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education

- Develop and implement classroom management strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
