As our next Assistant Program Director, you’ll assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operation of our program for adults with developmental disabilities. This position is NOT for someone who has a hard time taking charge. It's a large active program with lots of moving parts and requires someone to choreograph it all each day. You'll be constantly supervising, monitoring, coaching, training, and modeling what you expect from our team. You'll need a strong backbone and the ability to influence others. You'll need to be firm yet friendly, confident yet cool, and professional yet personal. And you'll need to know how to direct and delegate because you simply cannot do it all yourself.
The Assistant Program Director works 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday. Have your nights and weekends off to enjoy with friends and family.
The successful candidate must have an acceptable fingerprint-based background check, pre-employment physical, and TB test. HS Diploma or GED equivalent are required within one-year of employment. A valid drivers license is required for this position.
