Child Care Director Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and leading a team of child care professionals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children - Supervise and support child care staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities - Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations and safety standards - Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or feedback - Manage budgeting, scheduling, and enrollment processes effectively - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and organized environment for children Qualifications: -So, while a high school diploma is sufficient, it’s important to have your Director Credential to qualify for the role of a preschool director in Florida. In addition, if you have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required) - Previous experience in education administration or child care management (preferred) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with children, parents, and staff - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Experience working with students to educate them in a nurturing environment Nice-to-have Skills: - Higher education teaching experience in early childhood education Join our team as a Child Care Director and make a positive impact on the lives of children in our care.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
