We are seeking a Child Care Director who is passionate about educating and working with students. The ideal candidate will have experience in child care and education.Duties:- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum- Manage and supervise staff- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children- Communicate with parents about their child's progress- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulationsSkills:- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Knowledge of child development and education- Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Health insurance- Retirement plan- Paid time offRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field- At least 5 years of experience in child care or education- CPR/First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
