    Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Well-Being Health Services Program Director (Nurse Practitioner) position.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, implementing, and educating on the various clinical aspects of healthy living and strategies to strengthen and build the Acts Signature Well-Being Lifestyle, as well as oversee the coordination, supervision, and implementation of concierge primary care services with an emphasis on health prevention, ongoing health maintenance and wellness. You will work closely with community, regional, and corporate team members and task forces to develop, implement, and support multi-faceted health and well-being programs that inspire and motivate residents to enhance their overall lifestyles.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

    • Master’s degree in advanced nursing, preferably in geriatrics

    • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable work State

    • Minimum of five years’ experience within the geriatric health and wellness field

    Pay Range

    $99,000.00 - $120,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
