Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Educate students in various subjects, including Math, Physical Education, and Early Intervention strategies.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters social skills.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Support students with special education needs by adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Experience working with students in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies is an asset.

Pay: $11.50 - $13.50 per hour
