Job Overview:
We are seeking a few skilled Mold Setter to join our team. The Mold Setter will be responsible for setting up and adjusting molds on plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts. Responsibilities:
- Set up molds on plastic injection molding machines
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper mold operation
- Monitor machines during production runs to detect any issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve mold or machine problems
- Perform routine maintenance on molds and machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Mold Setter in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with plastics extrusion, plastics blow molding, or plastics injection molding
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and adjustments
- Experience with materials handling and machining processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Requirements:
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or overhead crane
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
