Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team! Position will be on-site in their Westbrook area office. Full time, primarily Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Flexibility to attend evening events with the team is necessary. Direct hire.
As the Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving their business forward by scheduling appointments and coordinating with potential clients. Your exceptional communication and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and ability to explain the services / products offered will contribute to the continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Using warm leads provided to you, you will make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments and introduce the services / products offered by the firm.
- Engage with the leads in a friendly and professional manner, effectively promoting the value of working with the company.
- Actively listen to clients’ needs and gather relevant information to ensure appointments are scheduled appropriately.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting targets and contribute to overall company goals
- Proven experience as a telephone appointment setter or in a similar customer service / sales role.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Ability to use standard office equipment (Microsoft Office programs, CRM system, scanner, fax, multi-line phone system).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner.
- Ability to develop a rapport with potential clients and effectively convey the benefits of working with the firm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
