The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, team-focused Civil Engineer, eager for new learning experiences and career advancement. This role focuses on waterfront and coastal engineering projects, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to significant marine infrastructure developments.

• Lead as a Civil Engineer in diverse waterfront and coastal engineering and dredging projects.
• Conduct coastal condition assessments and structural analysis, contributing to the design and review of marine infrastructure projects.
• Engage in all project phases - from planning and permitting to engineering and construction for coastal protection, stabilization, and dredging projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive construction documents, including detailed plans and specifications.
• Stay abreast of and comply with regulations pertaining to marine infrastructure and coastal engineering.
• Travel as needed for fieldwork and client/business interactions.
• Innovate and enhance marine engineering practices within the company.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposal creation, and relationship building.
• Lead and support client communications, ensuring seamless project progression from proposal to completion.
• Present technical and project updates to diverse audiences, both technical experts and non-specialists.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Ocean, or Marine Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Relevant experience in Marine Infrastructure and Dredging.
• Familiarity with project permitting processes
