- This position is viewed as an active engineering role involving planning, design, construction administration, oversight, management, and direct involvement in

Project Engineering

- Planning and technical analysis

- Technical writing

- Design and construction documents using Autocad Civil3D.

- Opinions of probable construction cost

- Construction administration

Project Management

- Project budgeting, review, and contract proposals

- Project correspondence and client relationship

- Monitor and review of budgets and invoicing

- Scheduling and assignment of resources

- Quality assurance/quality control on project
