Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the BC Municipal Engineering Manager in either our Abbotsford or Salmon Arm office, the successful Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineering Technologist will be involved in municipal engineering projects and will possess a strong background working with a motivated and dynamic team of professionals. Successful applicants will participate in the provision of engineering services from proposal stage through planning, design, construction, and commissioning of projects.

Major Job Functions:

• Preparing engineering drawings using Civil 3D
• Coordinating project drawings and reports
• Surveying (total station and GPS)
• Site and construction inspections
• Project management and contract administration

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Engineering Technologist
