Sr. Civil Engineering Technician

George Nice & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Civil Engineering Technician to join our project Management team. This role is to provide support for the GPS equipment on site and to help utilize this equipment to make the job more efficient and aid in productivity. The ideal candidate will display a passion for the construction industry and an eagerness to learn about GPS and Drone technologies being used on our jobsites.

• Drafting in Civil 3D for the production of plans including roadway design, sewer/water utilities, and commercial sites.
• Manage Company drone survey program to map, measure and report on worksite progress.
• Perform jobsite visits as required.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Technology
• Experience with Civil 3D
• Trimble Business Center
• CAD
