Job Description

The Claims and Implementations team is looking to hire a Claims Analyst. This role processes provider and member claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be reviewing and adjudicating claims, resolving issues, while looking for ways to enhance the process. Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate claims from providers and members electronically and via paper submissions.
• Ensure adherence to processing accuracy and volume standards consistently.
• Identify and resolve claim issues, quality concerns, and other member/provider issues, escalating when necessary.
• Document all interactions and actions, maintaining compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a claim analyst/processor in health insurance or related field.
• Proficient in HCFA and UB claim processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT, ICD, and Revenue Coding a huge plus!
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to improve processes, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
