This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing legal processes, implementing technology solutions, and driving data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to support the achievement of business objectives
Roles & Responsibilities :
- **Claims Operations**
- Execute Claims operations processes in a timely and accurate manner to provide essential support for both Claims operations and Whirlpool customers.
- Manage and supervise tendering activities, ensuring proper control, safeguarding, and tracking of parts serving as evidence in legal cases.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Build strong relationships with legal team members.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field. **(will take experience over a degree, but need a degree to convert)
2 years of demonstrated claims department and or in legal operations or a similar role within a corporate legal department.
Strong understanding of claims/legal processes, workflows, and the application of technology to improve efficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as contribute effectively as part of a team.
Computer knowledge required to perform duties Google Meet, Sheets, Docs, Slides MS Excel "Legal Connect" will be taught
