iWest Companies is looking for a team player to fill a unique position in customer service as the Claims Manager on our Home Office Team. Responsibilities/Duties:

• Committed to live iWest Core Values.
• Ensure “Extraordinary Service Experiences” are delivered to both our internal and external customers throughout the entire claims process.
• Manage, process, and track the resolution of the company's liability and damage claims in a timely manner, working with customers, clients, and internal departments.
• Review the status of claims with approved management and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Work with repair facilities, third party vendors, and company personnel to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Ensure all claim processes are followed in accordance with iWest and all partner expectations and standards in our commitment to quality.
• Provide claims tracking and reporting to all departments, contractors, and partners including scores and financial impact.
• Assist in the refinement of standard policies relating to claims reporting and risk mitigation and manage SOP’s.
• Develop strong, positive and trusting relationships both inside and outside the organization.
• Partner and collaborate with Training & Development to create training programs for claims prevention, reduction, and mitigation.
• Other assignments, tasks, or functions as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Previous experience in claims management, preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite systems – required
• Proficiency in Word and Excel – required

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Compensation: $60,000 Annual Salary - based on experience
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Life, and 401k available upon eligibility.
