Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Investigator to join our team. As a Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into claims. Your role will involve reviewing and collecting data from BOL's, identifying and contacting appropriate parties via email and phone. This position requires computer knowledge, typing skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Must be on TIME.
- Reviewing BOL's
- Contacting appropriate parties involved in a professional approach.
- Conduct research to gather information and evidence related to claims
- Perform activities to gather additional information as needed
- Prepare detailed notes outlining investigation findings
- Maintain accurate and organized records of investigations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Office is REQUIRED.
- Must be able to type 45 wpm or higher.
- Familiarity with adobe, word, excel required.

-Sufficient with Microsoft 365
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from various sources
- Experience in Freight Industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of report writing standards and practices
