Claims Processing Director jobs in Corvallis, OR
Claims Processing Director plans and directs one or more departments responsible for administration of health insurance claims, payment processing, billing research, and responding to inquiries. Establishes and implements organizational policies and procedures; may offer guidance on the appropriate handling of complex or high-value claims. Being a Claims Processing Director develops and executes strategic business plans for the department. Coordinates operations with other areas of the organization. Additionally, Claims Processing Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Claims Processing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Claims Processing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are currently looking for a Lead Operator. The main responsibility is to Lead the team, monitor seed line equipment during operations to ensure high quality seed processing and production.
Essential Job Functions :
- Monitor seed processing equipment during operations.
- Follow procedures and documentation, communicate clearly during shift change, avoid contamination and ensure product is tagged correctly.
- Inspect and quality check product, verify accuracy.
- Interpret specifications and calibrate machines to reach goals.
- Simultaneously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce product efficiently.
- Operate systems such as Human Manufacturing Interface (HMI) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Train and lead temp labor crews in seed processing functions
- Monitor indicators to assess progress production, and maintenance needs.
Required Qualifications :
- Demonstrated lead experience
- Strong technical skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
- Able to become forklift certified.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in agriculture.
- Proficient computer skills.
- SCADA, HMI, and MES experience.
- General working and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to train others on HMI interfaces
