Your role will play a crucial part in maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all clerical aspects of our crop insurance business.
- Maintain and update customer records in accordance with federal regulations.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues or discrepancies
- Support clerical needs of our property and casualty business.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Need to be self motivated and willing to learn the administrative requirements of the crop insurance business.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
