We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and required to be in an office 2x a week.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising Options' operational support staff
Ensure all Service Level Agreements are being adhered to
Manage and oversees daily/weekly/monthly Option Expiration events, including monthly Saturdays
Will be Options operational point of contact for new business initiatives
Manage client expectations and escalations as needed
Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and deliver to achieve planned ROI. Selects, trains, evaluates and coaches associates.
Achieves goals through the work of others
Manage others and applying operational or strategic management skills
Supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team
Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager
Qualifications:
5 years of Options Processing experience
You should have experience supporting clients
1 years Supervisory experience is a plus
Knowledge of OCC Encore is a plus
Knowledge of Broadridge BPS is a plus
Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s or equivalent preferred
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $125,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
