POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Import Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing all quality of imported product. This role ultimately ensures that product reaches our consumers undamaged, is designed to delight consumers, and meets our customers’ expectations and contractual obligations. This role will analyze all return processes and reasons as well as online ratings to steer root cause analysis for improvement. This role will be responsible for all quality processes within the distribution facility and supply chain and will also aid in packaging and product design with import R&D functions.
