Responsibilities
• Responsible for the Quality Oversite of all Storage and Preservation activities performed by contractors and sub-contractors
• Review quality control documentation such as procedures, ITPs, checklists, logs, and reports for accuracy, and relevance
• Conduct regular assessments to gauge the overall performance of the Contractor / sub-contractor’s Storage and Preservation Program
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure Major Equipment is stored and maintained according to OEM guidelines
• Collect and analyze data on quality performance metrics and prepare regular reports on quality performance, including trends and potential issues
• Develop clear, concise communications to provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including upper management and company leadership
• Participate in routine meetings, both remote and in-person, and communicate effectively with participants to raise concerns, provide suggestions for resolution of key issues, and provide verbal status reports to company leadership
• Where necessary, issue Corrective Action and Non-Conformance reports
• Collaborate with both internal and external management and senior staff
• Implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy in support of key business objectives
• Report on a full-time basis to the designated storage and preservation location
Qualifications
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Quality Assurance is ideal; however, years of service in similar roles demonstrating capabilities could be substituted
• Understanding and knowledge of ASQ, ISO, API, ASNT, AWS, NACE
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Quality field with at least 5 years in a Management or Leadership Role
• Experience in LNG liquefaction facilities, or with LNG equipment is preferred
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, work within project deadlines and adjust as priorities change
• Possess the ability to mentor others through technical training and guidance
• Can read and interpret engineering drawings, OEM procedures, project specifications, and quality plans and procedures
• Broad knowledge and understating of all industry codes, standards, and industry best practices
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have advanced computer experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products
• Must have a current or ability to obtain a TWIC Card, exceptions may apply
