As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, delegating responsibilities to staff, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. Your excellent customer service skills will be put to use as you handle customer complaints and strive to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Oversee day-to-day activities of subordinates and assign responsibilities
• Train employees and provide ongoing support
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
• Participate in regular safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments
• Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance
• Communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
• Accurately handle cash transactions
• Ensure staff accountability to policies and procedures
• Report any issues to Assistant Manager/Team Lead

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
