What you'll be doing...
Participate in claims audits, quality assurance reviews, to identify coding discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Provide education and training to provider clinics and stakeholders on coding best practices and compliance requirements.
Review provider documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Assist in special projects including tracking, reporting, and execution of procedures.
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment on audit initiatives and operational goals.
About you...
CPC-A, CPC, CCA, CCS or CCS-P certification required
Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with time management skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask
Must be driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others
Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive, natural problem solver
Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives and clinics
