Cleaning supervisor jobs in Spring Hope, NC
The Cleaning supervisor is responsible for standards' establishment, staff training, schedule/resource coordination, workflow inspection, inventory maintenance and equipment supplies. Supervises the daily operations of a housekeeping services department to ensure offices, patient/guest rooms, facilities, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Being a Cleaning supervisor typically reports to a manager. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. The Cleaning supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are EcoLogic Cleaning and we are seeking Cleaning Crew members for our small Family owned business. These position are part-time, contract work. Hours are after regular business hours so mostly late afternoon-early nighttime hours. Positions vary from 2-7 nights per week and 2-3 hours per night. Some of our locations do include aternate weekend hours. Candidates must:
- Have own Reliable Transportation to and from job site each night
- NC Driver's License and Auto Insurance and Social Security Card
- Able to pass background check
- Authorized to work in the United States of America (Cannot sponsor visas)
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Be very ethical and proud of your own work, and take ownership of your job
- Able to lift and carry 40-60 pounds
- Able to climb up and down stairs while carrying objects
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
