Clerical Supervisor coordinates all clerical functions for various departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned operations. Oversees numerous office functions, including but not limited to clerical work, word processing, data maintenance, report filing, and telecommunications response. Being a Clerical Supervisor ensures compliance with established corporate standards. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clerical Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Summary/Objective
The Supervisor is responsible for accomplishing project objective by overseeing and improving
the performance and productivity of the crews. The employee plans, audits, and evaluates the
performance of project activity.Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience in Line Clearance.
Essential Function

- Counsels and coaches General Foreman by communicating job expectations.
- Monitors job activity and enforces policies and procedures.
- Communicates with customer regarding meeting objectives.
- Managing budgets.
- Completes daily work orders and other projects within the AMS software system.
- Member of safety committee and attend weekly safety call.
- Review training of personnel and managers.
- Recruits, hires, terminates, and promotes personnel.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position oversees General Foreman, Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and assigned projects.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Supervisor is working outdoors, exposed to all
temperatures, weather, and nature. The employee will be exposed to excessive noise.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The Supervisor enters and exits a vehicle numerous times per day. Personal protective equipment
(PPE) is required when working with the work zone. The employee must be able to lift, move,
