Type: Long Term Contract Position Admin/Clerical (Production)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 30 - 35 hours per week; must be able to work within the normal working hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Retirees or parents with children who need a flexible work schedule (must work the same flexible schedule - for example: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm; 10:00 am - 2:00 pm)

This position s primary duties will be admin related based on needs. This position will provide support in two major areas. One will be production using a BizHub printer with Fiery software to produce final deliverables for clients, proposal and off-site training documentation. Training and on-going guidance will be provided. Need someone with the willingness to learn and attention to detail.
Meet individual and group performance expectations and standards.
- Daily production of final deliverables. Includes setting up files, printing, binding and shipping.
- On Demand response to conference marketing requests. Includes inventory of stock, packing and shipping, as well as managing returned products.
Second area will be related to supporting off-site conferences. Responsibilities include: inventory of supplies, packing and shipping of boxes, working with given timeframes. Training and on-going guidance provided.
Other duties as assigned, strong excel skills, willingness to work onsite no guarantee of any remote work availability. This could mean counting office supply inventory, storeroom maintenance, getting mail, answering phones. Reception/admin type work.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Communicate more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
- Must be computer literate and able to learn established processes within the department
