Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient administration of their accounts. This role requires a strong administrative background, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative environment. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client data, providing administrative support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate client records, utilizing Google Suite to track and analyze data.
- Provide administrative support to clients, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling client inquiries.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with clients and internal staff.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide personal assistant services, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to troubleshoot computer issues and maintain proficiency in software and technology.
- Conduct proofreading and editing of client documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date files.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of administrative principles and practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Strong background in administrative roles.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience with data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to troubleshoot computer issues.
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
