Facility Management Manager (Acute Care) - Salem, VA
Location: Salem, VA
Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)
Pay renge- $32 - $49 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility operations, budget management, and scheduling of work orders and maintenance tasks.

• Conduct hiring, training, and development of maintenance staff, with authority over direct reports.

• Coordinate and evaluate third-party vendors, review bids, and manage project contracts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility management, with 4-6 years in acute care facility maintenance.

• Certifications: CHFM, CHC, CHE certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
